超聲波霧化噴嘴
國內起初自動化超聲波噴涂設備,采用發(fā)明專利的超聲波噴頭技術,可提供均勻有效的薄膜噴涂及噴霧熱解,膜厚可達幾十納米。適用于薄膜太陽能電池、燃料電池、半導體光刻膠、電子傳感器、PCB助焊劑、無紡布功能涂層、玻璃鍍膜等多種納米及亞微米級薄膜制備。

超聲波霧化噴嘴的構造:
內超聲波霧化噴嘴屬霧化噴嘴,它由進油管(1),進氣管(2),超聲波發(fā)生器(3),共振腔(4)及噴頭(6)所組成。利用超聲波發(fā)生器與共振腔作用產生高頻超聲波,將油料霧化成細小油珠,與氣體混合由噴頭的噴油孔噴入鍋爐內,從而既保證了高的霧化質量。

The structure of the ultrasonic atomizationnozzle:
In ultrasonic atomization nozzle atomizer nozzle,it consists of inlet pipe
(1), air inlet pipe
(3) ultrasonic generator,cavity
the ultrasonic generator and the cavity effect produce high-frequency
high-energy ultrasound, fuel atomization into tiny oil bead, mixed with gas
from the nozzle spray hole is sprayed into the boiler at a certain Angle, which
not only ensure the high quality of atomization.
